Investing in the Future of Executive Search: Our Summer 2026 Interns

We're excited to welcome five interns from the University of Virginia to the team. This summer's intern class was built around the practices where AI is reshaping leadership hiring: venture capital and cybersecurity.

Their work sits at the center of Artico's two core practices. On the venture side, they'll support searches for investors, operators, and go-to-market leaders across the world's top venture capital and growth equity firms and their portfolios. On the cybersecurity side, they'll help recruit CISOs and senior security leaders for companies building at the frontier of AI, software, and emerging technologies. Both markets demand speed, technical depth, and search partners who understand these industries from the inside. This is the kind of AI-native execution that sets Artico apart from traditional recruiters.

Investing in early-career talent is a key part of our growth as a firm. Our internship program is designed to bring high-achieving university students into a structured environment where they learn directly from proven rainmakers in venture, growth equity, and cybersecurity search.
